1.FLETCHER’s Fivepits The Detonator. 7 year old bitch, nearly square in profile. Nice feminine head of good proportions, with medium stop and dark eyes. Correct bite. Lovely harsh banded coat with undercoat. Good length of neck set cleanly into laid back shoulders. Chest had good depth and spring of rib. Decent angulation front and back which meant she moved well in profile and out and back.

Class 30 Open Dog 

1.FLETCHER’s Fivepits The Mole. 10 year old male in good condition for age. Sturdy and square in profile, with decent angulation front and back. Sympathetically handled to get the best out of his balanced movement. Masculine head of good length and width, with sharp expression in dark oval eyes. Plenty of bone for robustness. Nice strong breast bone, spring of rib, width and depth to chest. Deserved his best veteran in show. BD. RBoB. BViB. BViS

2.RAILTON’s Odivane Master Class with Lefenix. Well presented, smart 6 year old male almost square in profile. Lovely masculine head with good length, medium stop and dark eyes. Correct bite. Jacket was harsh and wiry with plenty of undercoat. Would have liked a more prominent breastbone and width to chest, but moved with balance in profile, out and back. RBD.

Class 32 Junior Bitch

1.RAILTON’s Lefenix Luck Would Have It. 16 month girl, nicely conditioned and nearly square. Pretty feminine head of correct proportions, dark alert eyes, neat ears falling forward to temple and nicely set. Plenty of bone with well developed forechest, spring of rib and depth to chest. Angulation was balanced front and back. Smart harsh banded jacket with undercoat and harsh hair on straight legs. Free, vigorous and purposeful on the move with reach and drive. BB. BoB

Class 33 Post Graduate Bitch 

1.RAILTON’s Lefenix Keep The Faith. Happy 2 year old girl. Slightly long of square in profile. Nice feminine head with dark alert eyes. Neat V shaped ears. Correct scissor bite. Arched neck, set well onto shoulders. Strong breast bone, with good spring of rib and depth to elbows. Happy and balanced on the move enjoying her day.

Class 35 Open Bitch 

1.WATSON’s Miccosukees Guess Who at Jalero. Smart 5 year old girl, almost square. Seemed a little out of sorts today. Nice head of good proportions, length and width. Medium dark eyes, correct bite. Strong arched neck flowing into laid back shoulders. Decent front with fill and depth to elbows. Harsh wiry jacket with dense undercoat. Nicely balanced angulation front and rear. Moved well once she settled. RBB

Lovely harsh coat and plenty of undercoat. Strong neck set cleanly into shoulders. Nicely balanced front and back, moved well but preferred rear angulation and movement of 1).

Class 13 Minor Puppy Dog

1.FISH’s Riesenheim Star In The Night for Dulejoes. Well presented 8 month pure black boy. Almost square in profile with gently sloping topline. Nicely proportioned head of good length and width. Dark oval eyes with alert expression. Neat V shaped ears falling forward to temple. Strong arched neck set cleanly on to shoulders which were well laid back. Nicely angled return of upper arm, and well developed forechest. Elbows were tucked close to the body and legs straight from all angles to compact feet. Well sprung ribs and good depth to chest. Angulation through stifle to hock good and balanced with front. He was free moving but would have liked a little more drive from behind. Straight moving forward and going away. My pick of the day for the top puppy spot. BPD, BPiB, BD, RBoB, BPiS

2.DAVIDSON & LONGDIN’s Wellingley Whisky Business. Immaculately presented and stylish 8 month pepper and salt boy. Nearly square in outline with gently sloping topline. Lovely head of good length and proprtions, dark oval eyes with inquisitive expression, medium stop. Neat V shaped ears well set and falling forwards. Lovely arched neck set cleanly onto shoulders. Slightly sloping topline to well set tail. Nice deep chest to elbows, but not as well developed forechest of 1). Smart wiry harsh coat with dense undercoat. Moved freely in profile but a little loose at the front coming forwards.

Class 15 Junior Dog

1.BROWN & DUCKETT’s Starbound Fergal. Well presented 15 month pepper & salt male. Almost square in profile. A little nervous on the table. Nice head of good length with good head planes. Dark oval eyes. Strong slightly arched neck flowing into laid back shoulders, good return of upper arm. Decent forechest and fill, with depth to elbows. Rear angulation in balance with front. Was balanced on the move but needed a little more vigour for reach and drive. Moved much better in the challenge. RBD

Class 19 Minor Puppy Bitch 

1.HOOD’s Jastalla What A Carry On. Sweet little 6 month baby. Nearly square in profile. Lovely feminine head of good proportions. Dark eyes with quizzical interested expression. Neat ears and ear set. Correct scissor bite. Nicely laid back shoulders and return of upper arm giving good angulation. Enough forechest, rib and depth for age. Rear angulation in balance with the front. Well presented with a good harsh jacket and dense undercoat. Movement was free and balanced.

Class 20 Puppy Bitch

1.LONGDIN’s Wellingley Won Step Ahead. Immaculately presented 9 month pepper & salt girl. Smart and nearly square and balanced in profile. Lovely head of good length. Neat high set ears falling forward to temple. Dark oval eyes with keen expression. Strong arched neck set cleanly on to laid back shoulders and flowing into straight topline. Good return of upper arm with elbows tucked in. Decent forechest, depth and fill. Lovely harsh wiry jacket with undercoat. Very balanced on the move, moving freely with reach and drive holding her topline. BPB

Class 21 Junior Bitch 

1.LONGDIN’s Wellingley Won For Mimi. Another beautifully presented pepper & salt girl. 16 months. Nicely balanced in profile and almost square. Lovely feminine head of good length and width. Dark oval eyes with keen expression. Neat V shaped ears, set well and falling forwards. Lovely harsh jacket with undercoat. Slightly arched neck flowing well into well laid back shoulders, good return of upper arm making nice front angulation. Adequate amount of forechest, spring to rib and depth of chest to elbow. Slightly sloping topline to short loin. Rear angulation through stifle and hock in balance with the front. Moved well once settled, but really pulled it out of the bag in the challenge moving purposefully with reach and drive. BB. BoB. RBiS

1.McDERMOTT’s Lichstone Born To Dream. Well presented 22 month pepper & salt girl. Nearly square in profile with slightly sloping topline. Nice feminine head of correct proportions. Dark oval eyes with keen expression. Neat ears dropping forward with high ear set. Nice harsh jacket with dense undercoat. Strong neck set neatly on to shoulders. Would have preferred more forechest, but good spring of rib and depth to chest. Moved well, balanced with reach and drive, and was straight coming forwards and going away. RBB

Class 2 Puppy Dog 

1.FRASER’s Figosky Moves Like Jagger. A good natured 9 month old boy presented in a natural style. Nice head of good length, with a medium stop, dark eyes and neat well set ears. Correct dentition. Neck was set cleanly into laid back shoulders. Decent forechest for age and good return of upper arm. Maybe a little long in the loin. Good angulation through stifle and hock that balanced with the front. Nice harsh texture to coat. Happy and relaxed on the move, taking in his day. BPD

Class 4 Post Graduate Dog 

1. ADAMSON’s Here Comes Trouble Radinie to Borderstorm. Well presented 2 year old. Almost square in profile and well conditioned. Nice strong head of good length and proportions. Keen dark oval eyes with medium stop. Correct scissor bite. Neck was slightly arched, strong and flowing neatly into shoulders and firm topline. Prominent forechest, well laid back shoulder and good return of upper arm. Ribs were well sprung with good depth to chest, reaching to elbows. Lovely harsh jacket. Balanced on the move front and back with reach and drive once he settled. Pushed for top spot, but not quite the power and maturity yet. RBD.

2.STRAFFORD’s Figosky Tomorrowland. 4 year old, almost square in profile, presented with plenty of harsh black coat. Lovely head of good length and width. Dark alert eyes with good natured expression. Correct dentition. Ears were neat and nicely set. Neck set cleanly on to shoulders, flowing into topline and sloping croop. Maybe a little long in the loin. A robust dog with prominent forechest and plenty of depth. Was free and balanced on the move.

Class 6 Open Dog

1.PARKER’s Draxpark Fantasticus. Mature 4 year old. Robust and imposing, square in profile. Nice strong head of good proportions, with alert dark oval eyes, medium stop and neat well set ears. Correct scissor bite. Lovely harsh jacket and leg hair. Strong neck, set cleanly on shoulders that were well laid back, good length and return of upper arm. Prominent forechest, visually extending beyond point of shoulder and maybe a tad overdone at the front. Well sprung ribs with depth. Short loin. Strong hindquarters with defined angles in balance with the front. Was balanced on the move, with reach and drive. BD

Class 7 Puppy Bitch 

1.PARKER’s Draxpark Girl Power. 10 months. A well presented, tall girl full of attitude and good nature. Lovely feminine head of good length, medium stop and dark expressive eyes. Neat well set ears. Correct dentition. Neck flowed nicely in to shoulder and straight top line. Well placed upper arm and lay back of shoulder, with decent forechest for age. Lovely harsh coat. Well toned and angulated rear in balance with the front. A little excitable on the move but balanced when settled. BPB. BPiB.

Class 9 Post Graduate Bitch 

1.RAMSEY’s Figosky Feeling Hot Hot Hot. Mature 5 year old of correct height. Pretty feminine head of good length and proportions. Medium stop. Keen and intelligent dark oval eyes. Neat ears and ear set. Correct scissor bite. Slightly arched neck was set cleanly on shoulders. Good lay back of shoulder, slightly short in upper arm, but good prominent forechest, spring of rib and depth to chest. A little long in the loin. Nice angulation at the rear in balance with the front. Moved freely and balanced when moved fast enough. Not a lot of coat but enough remained to note the harsh texture.

2.FRASER’s Figosky Dancing In The Dark. Litter sister to 1 and very similar in stature. Another pretty feminine head of good proportions. Medium dark oval eyes, neat ears and ear set. Not quite the front of the first. A little unsettled in the ring today, and not at her best on the move.

Class 10 Limit Bitch 

1.Fostergiants Revelation at Draxpark. Almost square in profile, well presented 2 year old. Strong but feminine head of good proportions. Nice dark oval eyes with keen expression. Ears could be neater. Correct scissor bite. Strong neck set well into shoulders and strong level top line. Well laid back shoulder and return of upper arm. Didn’t have the prominent chest and fill of my winner. Strong hindquarters with well defined angles. A little skittish on the move from behind in class but moved better in the challenge. RBB. RBoB

Class 11 Open Bitch 

1.Draxpark Dramaticus. Beautifully presented 4 year old litter sister to BD. Lovely conditioned girl almost square. Robust but not over done with no exaggerations. Lovely strong feminine head of good length and proportions. Dark oval eyes with keen expression. Ears were neat and well set. Correct bite. Elegant strong slightly arched neck flowing well into shoulder and slightly sloping strong topline which she held on the move. Good lay back of shoulder and return of upper arm. Forechest extended beyond point of shoulder, and decent fill between front legs. Well sprung ribs and depth to elbows. Short well developed loin. Strong hindquarters with well defined and balanced angulation. Moved freely with reach and drive, although a little wide at the front coming forward in class. Moved better in the challenge and seemed more settled. Very happy to award her the top spot. BB. BoB. BiS
